Payment is made 28 days after an item is shipped to the buyer. This allows time for the buyer to receive, inspect, and potentially return the item. Payments for multiple sales are bundled together in monthly payments, with any charges subtracted (pick-up fees, dry cleaning, repairs). Payments are made via bank transfer to your registered account. International payments may incur additional fees. You can see pending and historical payments in the balance section of your account, broken down to show: item value sold, our commission, VAT on our commission (if applicable), any deductions, and your final payment amount.
