If you have any concerns about authenticity, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Do not use or damage the item. We will thoroughly investigate every query, which may involve us physically inspecting the item. Once we've looked into the query, we will either: (1) Make payment to the seller within 7 working days if we have authenticated the item, or (2) If we are unable to authenticate the item, the buyer will be refunded in full and the seller may be prevented from listing items on Hewi and any active items will be removed.
