If you're a professional seller, you must accept returns within 14 days of buyer receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. If you're a private seller with a no-returns policy and the buyer claims the item is not as described, contact [email protected] - we may need to mediate. You may make a deduction from the buyer's reimbursement for diminished value if the product is not returned in saleable condition or if worn/not in original packaging. Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
