Yes, but a £4 per item return fee plus return shipping costs always applies. This covers our authentication, photography, and listing services. After 6 months: You can still request items back even if moved to Outlet. After 12 months: We'll contact you to discuss options. Items deemed unsuitable: Must be collected within 5 business days or storage costs apply (max 1 month). If not collected, items will be donated to charity.
