Promo codes may not work if: (1) The code has expired - you must complete payment before the deadline. (2) You're trying to use it with installment payments - codes only work with full payment. (3) Items in your cart are excluded - some sellers opt out of promotions. (4) You've reached the maximum discount cap. (5) Shipping costs don't count towards the required purchase amount. If a promotional discount applied to your original purchase, the same discount will apply if you return it - you'll only be refunded the amount you originally paid.
