You will be refunded the total amount paid for the products being returned within 14 days of receipt of the returned products by the seller or Hewi, or if earlier, the day on which you provide evidence that the product has been sent back. Shipping costs are only refunded if there is an issue with the order (faulty or not as described). Refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank to process the refund. Any refund of priority, express, premium, or courier delivery charges must be arranged directly with the seller prior to the return.
