Your payment method is charged when you complete your order and submit your payment details. Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is taken in advance. However, we hold this payment securely and don't release it to the seller until you mark the item as received or shipping tracking confirms receipt with your signature. We allow 7-14 days for returns, with the time frame varying depending on each seller's status and returns agreement.
