Hewi has three main types of sellers: (1) VIP Service (Managed by Hewi) - where our team handles everything and items are marked with the Hewi logo, physically authenticated in-house, with 14-day returns accepted. (2) Professional Sellers - businesses or individuals who regularly sell luxury items as a trade, legally required to accept 14-day returns. (3) Private Sellers - individuals selling personal items who can choose their own returns policy (check the item listing). All seller types are pre-screened for authenticity and operate within Hewi's secure payment system.
