For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items have special return conditions: Jewellery is non-refundable. Hats, underwear, swimwear, lingerie, and nightwear can only be returned if ALL original labels and hygiene tags are in place as received. If you purchase these items and cannot return them, we can help you re-list them on Hewi. For the first 10 days of purchase, these items may be re-sold for a lower commission.
