Returns depend on who you bought from: (1) Professional sellers and VIP items (Managed by Hewi) must accept returns within 14 days from the date tracking shows receipt. (2) Private sellers can choose whether to accept returns - check their policy on the item listing under 'Shipping and Returns'. Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging, and in saleable condition within 14 days of cancellation. Items from Celebrity Auctions and GOSH Charity Shop Wear Care sale cannot be returned or refunded. All outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned.
