What if my item arrived damaged or is not as described?Updated 5 months ago

Contact us immediately at [email protected]. Do not remove any tags. For VIP items, notify us to arrange return. For other items, notify both the seller and Hewi. We'll investigate and provide special return instructions. If we find the item is faulty or not as described, we'll cover all return shipping costs and you'll receive a full refund including the purchase price, original delivery costs, and any costs incurred returning the defective product. We or the seller may offer repair or replacement instead.
