Consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by any return and refund policies or anything else in Hewi's terms and conditions. For defective products, you may be entitled to a refund (including purchase price, original delivery costs, and return costs), repair, or replacement at no cost. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
