Hewi operates as a marketplace platform. Sellers list their luxury items either independently or through our VIP service. Buyers can browse thousands of authenticated designer pieces and purchase directly through the platform. We hold payment securely until the buyer confirms they've received their item and are happy with it, or until shipping tracking confirms receipt with buyer's signature. This protects both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction.
